Star Wars Battlefront II Limits Earnings In Arcade Mode
Battlefront II Arcade mode is a great way to kick back and relax in pre-made scenarios, however there's a catch.
Much like almost everything in Star Wars Battlefront II, this mode awards you with credits as you play. Credits are used to buy crates, which then net you Star Cards. They can also used to unlock heroes (which now cost 75% less thanks to fans' criticism). Arcade mode is an easy way to earn a few more credits, however there's a cap to how many you can slip into your virtual wallet.
Game Informer's Andrew Reiner found this out the hard way. He had played for a while and the game stopped awarding him Credits altogether. The message he received simply stated that more Credits will be available in 14 hours.
The worst part of the game is this: You are limited on credits earned in Arcade mode. “More credits available in 14 hours” pic.twitter.com/8NOTvby2hl— Andrew Reiner (@Andrew_Reiner) November 13, 2017
DICE may have added this cap to prevent Credits farming, however the fact that players have to do this at all suggests that Credit rewards aren't abundant during regular multiplayer gameplay.
